Psalms 102:27-28
Psalms 102:23-28 The Message (MSG)
GOD sovereignly brought me to my knees, he cut me down in my prime. “Oh, don’t,” I prayed, “please don’t let me die. You have more years than you know what to do with! You laid earth’s foundations a long time ago, and handcrafted the very heavens; You’ll still be around when they’re long gone, threadbare and discarded like an old suit of clothes. You’ll throw them away like a worn-out coat, but year after year you’re as good as new. Your servants’ children will have a good place to live and their children will be at home with you.”
Psalms 102:27-28 King James Version (KJV)
But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end. The children of thy servants shall continue, And their seed shall be established before thee.
Psalms 102:27-28 New American Standard Bible - NASB 1995 (NASB1995)
But You are the same, And Your years will not come to an end. The children of Your servants will continue, And their descendants will be established before You.”
Psalms 102:27-28 New Century Version (NCV)
But you never change, and your life will never end. Our children will live in your presence, and their children will remain with you.”
Psalms 102:27-28 American Standard Version (ASV)
But thou art the same, And thy years shall have no end. The children of thy servants shall continue, And their seed shall be established before thee.
Psalms 102:27-28 New International Version (NIV)
But you remain the same, and your years will never end. The children of your servants will live in your presence; their descendants will be established before you.”
Psalms 102:27-28 New King James Version (NKJV)
But You are the same, And Your years will have no end. The children of Your servants will continue, And their descendants will be established before You.”
Psalms 102:27-28 Amplified Bible (AMP)
“But You remain the same, And Your years will never end. [Heb 1:10-12] “The children of Your servants will continue, And their descendants will be established before You.”
Psalms 102:27-28 New Living Translation (NLT)
But you are always the same; you will live forever. The children of your people will live in security. Their children’s children will thrive in your presence.”
Psalms 102:26-28 The Passion Translation (TPT)
They will all fade away one day like worn-out clothing, ready to be discarded, but you’ll still be here. You will replace it all! Your first creation will be changed, but you alone will endure, the God of all eternity! Generation after generation our descendants will live securely, for you are the one protecting us, keeping us for yourself.
