This Bible study devotional covers Psalm 57. In this passage, David prays for the mercy of God’s protection. He believes God will send vindication, and shame Saul for his unjustified violence against him. Even though David hides in darkness, he sings his song through the night until God brings the dawn. In Psalm 57, we see that Jesus came to protect his people by defeating the lies of the greatest enemy—Satan. In glorious victory, Jesus vindicates us from enemy accusation.
