The Crisis of Faith - Phil Kendon
Everyone who follows Jesus comes to a crisis of belief in their spiritual journey at some point or another. God calls us to believe in his character and his nature more than the obstacles to our faith. He wants us to respond to him because of who he is rather than withdraw from him because we don’t want to take the risk. The parable of the Sower describes different obstacles to faith that we must overcome to live a fruitful spiritual life and participate in the work God is doing in the world.
