Zaiwa (Atsi) Language

The Zaiwa language, also called Atsi, is spoken in the Kachin Hills area of northern Myanmar (Burma) and across the border into Yunnan province of China.

Zaiwa Gospel of Mark 1938 (Fraser)

The Atsi Zaiwa Gospel of Mark was translated in 1938 by F.J. FitzWilliam of the China Inland Mission (CIM). It was written in the Fraser (Lisu) script as "M-KU MAU SAU". It was privately published by James McMulland and Co. Ltd. in Chefoo (Yantai), Shantung (Shandong) in North China.

Zaiwa Gospel of Mark 1951 (Roman)

In 1951 this Gospel was transliterated into Roman script as "Marku mau sau", by E.J. Cox of the China Inland Mission (CIM). It was published by the Burma Agency of the British and Foreign Bible Society (BFBS).
