Mark 16:1-3

When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome purchased [sweet-smelling] spices, so that they might go and anoint Him. [Matt 28:1-8; Luke 24:1-10; John 20:1-8] Very early on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen. And they were saying to one another, “Who will roll back the stone for us from the entrance of the tomb?”
