Ond dyma Iesu’n edrych arnyn nhw, a dweud, “Mae’r peth yn amhosib i bobl ei wneud, ond mae Duw yn gallu! Mae Duw’n gallu gwneud popeth!” Yna dyma Pedr yn ymateb, “Edrych, dŷn ni wedi gadael y cwbl i dy ddilyn di! Felly beth fyddwn ni’n ei gael?” Meddai Iesu wrthyn nhw, “Credwch chi fi – pan fydd popeth yn cael ei wneud yn newydd, a Mab y Dyn yn eistedd ar ei orsedd hardd, cewch chi sydd wedi fy nilyn i eistedd ar ddeuddeg gorsedd i farnu deuddeg llwyth gwlad Israel. Bydd pwy bynnag sydd wedi mynd oddi cartref, a gadael brodyr a chwiorydd, tad neu fam neu blant neu diroedd er fy mwyn i yn derbyn can gwaith cymaint, ac yn cael bywyd tragwyddol. Ond bydd llawer o’r rhai sydd ar y blaen yn cael eu hunain yn y cefn, a’r rhai sydd yn y cefn yn cael bod ar y blaen.”
Mathew 19:26-30 Beibl Cymraeg Newydd Diwygiedig 2004 (BCND)
Edrychodd Iesu arnynt a dywedodd wrthynt, “Gyda dynion y mae hyn yn amhosibl, ond gyda Duw y mae pob peth yn bosibl.” Yna atebodd Pedr ef, “Dyma ni wedi gadael pob peth a'th ganlyn di. Beth felly a gawn ni?” Dywedodd Iesu wrthynt, “Yn wir, rwy'n dweud wrthych, pan enir yr oes newydd, pan fydd Mab y Dyn yn eistedd ar ei orsedd ogoneddus, byddwch chwi a'm canlynodd i hefyd yn eistedd ar ddeuddeg gorsedd gan farnu deuddeg llwyth Israel. A phob un a adawodd dai neu frodyr neu chwiorydd neu dad neu fam neu blant neu diroedd er mwyn fy enw i, caiff dderbyn ganwaith cymaint ac etifeddu bywyd tragwyddol. Ond bydd llawer o'r rhai blaenaf yn olaf, ac o'r rhai olaf yn flaenaf.
Mathew 19:26-30 Beibl William Morgan - Argraffiad 1955 (BWM)
A’r Iesu a edrychodd arnynt, ac a ddywedodd wrthynt, Gyda dynion amhosibl yw hyn; ond gyda Duw pob peth sydd bosibl. Yna Pedr a atebodd ac a ddywedodd wrtho, Wele, nyni a adawsom bob peth, ac a’th ganlynasom di: beth gan hynny a fydd i ni? A’r Iesu a ddywedodd wrthynt, Yn wir meddaf i chwi, y cewch chwi, y rhai a’m canlynasoch i, yn yr adenedigaeth, pan eisteddo Mab y dyn ar orsedd ei ogoniant, eistedd chwithau ar ddeuddeg gorsedd, yn barnu deuddeg llwyth Israel. A phob un a’r a adawodd dai neu frodyr, neu chwiorydd, neu dad, neu fam, neu wraig, neu blant, neu diroedd, er mwyn fy enw i, a dderbyn y can cymaint, a bywyd tragwyddol a etifedda efe. Ond llawer o’r rhai blaenaf a fyddant yn olaf, a’r rhai olaf yn flaenaf.
