Bereshis 9:12-13

And Elohim said, This is the ot (sign) of the brit (covenant) which I make between Me and you and every nefesh chayyah (living creature) that is with you, for dorot olam (perpetual generations); I do set My keshet (bow) in the anan (cloud), and it shall be for an ot brit between Me and ha'aretz.
