Jesus trains globally on leadership, management and spirituality. He has authored / co-authored various leadership books. He is Program Director for the MA in Leadership & Professor at MACU (Oklahoma). He founded Global Leadership Consulting, a leadership development firm. 
He serves at the Christian Business and Marketplace Connection ministry (CBMC International) as the Latin American chairman. He is a founding member of the WEA Council for Business & Theology. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership (DSL) and an MBA from Regent University. Jesus is a Venezuelan living in Edmond, OK. Is married to Gaby, and have two daughters.
