Just Like The Movies It seems like a scene straight from a blockbuster movie. Famous fugitive David is on the run from the high authority King Saul. Saul is closing in on David and the odds are not in favour of David. Was it time for him to die? David knew it was not because the Lord spoke to him after inquiring of Him. David also wrote Psalm 139 letting us know how intimate his life was with His Lord. David knew that his God had an appointed time for him to die and so did the Apostle Paul. What faith these men had! We can be sure our life is in our Saviour's hand so let us serve Him with confidence and boldness. Prayer: Father, I want to be intimate with you. I know you have a great plan in my life. Pray the Holy Spirit fills me with no other desire than to serve you with confidence and boldness. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
