Proverbs 19:19

Often, the bravest thing you can do is continue to make it through the day, even when you have little hope for tomorrow. Have you ever been there?  The theme of these audio-guided meditations is finding hope over the horizon.  Day 1 will remind you of the anchoring hope of God.  Day 2 considers God overtaking fear.  And Day 3 is finding hope in divine promises.

Many Christians struggle with anger. It is a dangerous, powerful, yet confusing emotion. The Bible differentiates between righteous and sinful anger. It also provides tools to overcome the latter. This devotional helps believers to understand anger, know its roots, and learn how to control it. Christians can live their lives filled with emotions that are pleasing to the Lord.

Words have the power to tear down, but also to build up; the power to give life, but also to take life; the power to make new ways in the world, or to reinforce the way things have always been. Words are complicated tools to which we all have access. The question is: How do we use them best? How do we harness their power and become agents of good with our words?
