The island of Crete was known for immorality and its love for arguments and debate. Sadly, the culture of the island began to invade the church. So Paul writes a letter to Titus. In it, he reminds Titus of the power of Jesus to transform people and encourages him that the presence of the Church can transform hostile cultures.
