Seek Him
God wants to reveal Himself to us. He does not want to remain mysterious or unknowable. He wants us to experience His strength, His grace, the provision of His goodness, and His faithfulness. He wants us to know Him in a continually deepening way. But to do so we must come with open, teachable, and hungry hearts.
Jeremiah 29:13 tells us that if we truly seek God with all our hearts, we will find Him. This is neither a mystical nor a mental pursuit. To seek with the heart is to commit our will and affections to wanting Him, to open our minds to the Word of Truth, which teaches us of Him.
