Where Is Jesus When I’m Brokenhearted?নমুনা
God Has Gifts For You. He Is Not Holding Back.
We hear Jesus say, “Let Me come to you in the night and in the pain and in the loss. Let Me come to you in the shadows, and let the light shine on your face.” The repetition of “let Me come” reminds us how Jesus initiates and empowers us to receive His love but does not force us to receive it.
We have the choice to be encouraged by Him, strengthened by Him, revitalized by Him. And we have the choice to do things on our own.
In the struggles we face this day, what are we going to choose? What will you choose now?
Consider our invitation in Galatians 5:22-24:
“But the fruit produced by the Holy Spirit within you is divine love in all its varied expressions: joy that overflows, peace that subdues, patience that endures, kindness in action, a life full of virtue, faith that prevails, gentleness of heart, and strength of spirit. Never set the law above these qualities, for they are meant to be limitless.
Keep in mind that we who belong to Jesus, the Anointed One, have already experienced crucifixion. For everything connected with our self - life was put to death on the cross and crucified with Messiah.”
God has all these gifts for you. He is not holding back. Even in the struggles of these days. Even in your loss. Even in your disappointment.
Father, help us to let You in now. Jesus, come. Amen.

About this Plan
Like a child running to a parent for a bandaid and a kiss, God longs for us to run to him when our souls hurt and our bodies break. Our sorrows are not too much for him. In fact, he delights in us when we turn towards him. This 6 day plan reminds us of God's presence and faithfulness, in good times and in bad.
