Behold I Send You Forth As Sheepনমুনা
Prosper Even As Your Soul Prospers.
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 1:2 KJV
God wants every aspect of your life to prosper. He wants you to be healthy spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally and financially. God wants you to prosper. There is a difference between lusting after wealth and serving God through your wealth and success. When you worship wealth or idolize it — you make it your lord — you make it your god. When you lust after wealth, you’re surrendering your mind, body and soul to it.
In fact, when you lust after anything — it becomes your lord. Exodus 20:3 KJV declares, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Do not worship anything or anyone other than God. When you lust after something or someone — it will lord over your heart. Let God lead and Lord over your heart.
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers.” 3 John 1:2 AMPC. I pray that you prosper even as your soul prospers. What you choose to meditate on and exalt will lord over your heart. What you choose to worship will magnify itself over your heart. Choose to meditate on His Word — let God become Lord over your heart.
Choose to worship God — let Christ rule over your heart. “Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit.” 3 John 1:2 NLT. Surrender to Christ and let God lead, heal and strengthen every part of your heart. Let Christ strengthen every part of your family. Let God heal every broken area. Let His Word make you whole.
“I pray for good fortune in everything you do, and for your good health—that your everyday affairs prosper, as well as your soul!” 3 John 1:2 MSG. Let God send you forth as His sheep for His Glory. Let God’s Light shine through every part of your life. Choose to be His sheep. Choose to let God lead you. Choose to be led by His Word. “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.” John 10:11-12 KJV
