At that time, this people, yes, this very Jerusalem, will be told in plain words: “The northern hordes are sweeping in from the desert steppes— A wind that’s up to no good, a gale-force wind. I ordered this wind. I’m pronouncing my hurricane judgment on my people.”
Jeremiah 4:11-12 King James Version (KJV)
At that time shall it be said to this people and to Jerusalem, A dry wind of the high places in the wilderness toward the daughter of my people, not to fan, nor to cleanse, even a full wind from those places shall come unto me: now also will I give sentence against them.

Jeremiah 4:11-12 New Century Version (NCV)
At that time this message will be given to Judah and Jerusalem: “A hot wind blows from the bare hilltops of the desert toward the LORD’s people. It is not a gentle wind to separate grain from chaff. I feel a stronger wind than that. Now even I will announce judgments against the people of Judah.”

Now I will also speak judgment against My people.”
