Deuteronomy 25:16
Deuteronomy 25:13-16 The Message (MSG)
Don’t carry around with you two weights, one heavy and the other light, and don’t keep two measures at hand, one large and the other small. Use only one weight, a true and honest weight, and one measure, a true and honest measure, so that you will live a long time on the land that GOD, your God, is giving you. Dishonest weights and measures are an abomination to GOD, your God—all this corruption in business deals!
Deuteronomy 25:16 King James Version (KJV)
For all that do such things, and all that do unrighteously, are an abomination unto the LORD thy God.
Deuteronomy 25:16 New American Standard Bible - NASB 1995 (NASB1995)
For everyone who does these things, everyone who acts unjustly is an abomination to the LORD your God.
Deuteronomy 25:16 New Century Version (NCV)
The LORD your God hates anyone who is dishonest and uses dishonest measures.
Deuteronomy 25:16 American Standard Version (ASV)
For all that do such things, even all that do unrighteously, are an abomination unto Jehovah thy God.
Deuteronomy 25:16 New International Version (NIV)
For the LORD your God detests anyone who does these things, anyone who deals dishonestly.
Deuteronomy 25:16 New King James Version (NKJV)
For all who do such things, all who behave unrighteously, are an abomination to the LORD your God.
Deuteronomy 25:16 Amplified Bible (AMP)
For everyone who does such things, everyone who acts unjustly [without personal integrity] is utterly repulsive to the LORD your God.
