1 Chronicles 11:12-14
1 Chronicles 11:12-14 The Message (MSG)
Next was Eleazar son of Dodai the Ahohite, one of the Big Three of the Mighty Men. He was with David at Pas Dammim, where the Philistines had mustered their troops for battle. It was an area where there was a field of barley. The army started to flee from the Philistines and then took its stand right in that field—and turned the tide! They slaughtered the Philistines, GOD helping them—a huge victory.
1 Chronicles 11:12-14 King James Version (KJV)
And after him was Eleazar the son of Dodo, the Ahohite, who was one of the three mighties. He was with David at Pas-dammim, and there the Philistines were gathered together to battle, where was a parcel of ground full of barley; and the people fled from before the Philistines. And they set themselves in the midst of that parcel, and delivered it, and slew the Philistines; and the LORD saved them by a great deliverance.
1 Chronicles 11:12-14 New American Standard Bible - NASB 1995 (NASB1995)

He was with David at Pasdammim when the Philistines were gathered together there to battle, and there was a plot of ground full of barley; and the people fled before the Philistines. They took their stand in the midst of the plot and defended it, and struck down the Philistines; and the LORD saved them by a great victory.
1 Chronicles 11:12-14 New Century Version (NCV)
Next was Eleazar, one of the Three. Eleazar was Dodai’s son from the Ahohite people. Eleazar was with David at Pas Dammim when the Philistines came there to fight. There was a field of barley at that place. The Israelites ran away from the Philistines, but they stopped in the middle of that field and fought for it and killed the Philistines. The LORD gave them a great victory.
