Sometimes life hurts. Sometimes life is hard. Sometimes life can be dark. And it leaves its mark—like ashes of grief—in the deepest parts of our souls, where no one but God can really see. Shame is heavy, but Jesus invites you to lay it down and walk in freedom. This five-day devotional explores the lives of people in Scripture who were ashamed because of their past.
