chapter two
1you (SG) however speak what is suited for the sound teaching. 2that elders shall be sober, sincere, prudent, sound in the faith, in love, in perseverance. 3that the lady elders shall likewise themselves behave, as is fitting for holiness, not speaking any gossip, not be enslaved to a many wine, but teachers of good (things); 4so that they should make the young women prudent, love to have their husbands, love to have their children, 5shall be with authority over self, modest in dress, pure, attention give for the home, good, submissive to their own husbands, so that Hashem's word shall not spoken evil be; 6likewise shall you (SG) exhort do the young men, that they shall be prudent with authority over self; 7in everything shall you (SG) you yourself hold for a pattern for deeds good, (showing) in the teaching without corruption, dignity earnest, 8a healthy word, which can not accused be; so that the opponents shall themselves be ashamed, not having any in no way evil to speak of us. 9servants should be be submissive to their masters and pleasing in all; not contradicting, 10not stealing, but showing every good faithfulness, so that they shall adorn the teaching of Hashem our Savior in everything. 11because Hashem's grace has appeared, bringing the salvation to all men, 12and teaches us, that denying wickedness and the worldly lusts, shall we live with authority over self, and righteously, and g-dfearing in the this world, 13and wait on the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of the great G-d and our Redeemer Moshiach Yehoshua, 14who did Himself give for our sakes, so as us to redeem from every wickedness and to cleanse for Himself a people treasured, who are passionate for deeds good.
15the these things shall you (SG) say, and warn do and reprove with all strictness. anyone shall you not scorn do.
