Apostelgeschichte 2:1

The book of Acts is the exciting story of the advance of God's Kingdom in the early days of the church. Today, the book of Acts is still happening in many places around the world. This reading plan links stories from Acts in the Bible with real stories today.

Jesus ascended. The disciples waited. The Spirit fell. The world changed forever. Acts 1 and 2 is not ancient history. it is the blueprint for everything God is still doing on the earth through ordinary people filled with an extraordinary Spirit. Watch what happens when the promise meets the wait. Watch what happens when fire falls on flesh. Watch what happens when one message burns three thousand hearts in a single afternoon. You were not called to admire the early Church from a distance. You were called to become it.

Imagine: a movement of God so deep and powerful that the multitudes worshipped, prayed, and praised God together. David Bradshaw’s four-day devotional plan will tell readers of the amazing encounter the masses are having with Christ and will guide you to seek the presence of God unlike you ever have before.

Jesus has called us to be That Church, the salt and light of the world. That Church who are a beacon of hope in our communities, and who love people even when it's inconvenient. Come with us in this 4 day devotional and see how That Church- empowered by the Holy Spirit, can make a Kingdom difference to the world around us.
