Nehemiah 8:9

And Nechemyah [God comforts], which [is] the Tirshata [governor], and ‘the priest the scribe, and the Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to] that taught the people, said unto all the people, This day [is] holy unto the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]; mourn not, nor weep. For all the people wept, when they heard the words of the law.
