“When you go out to battle against your enemies and see horses and chariots and people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt, is with you. When you approach the battle, the priest shall come forward and speak to the people, and shall say to them, ‘Hear, O Israel: you are advancing today to battle against your enemies. Do not lack courage. Do not be afraid, or panic, or tremble [in terror] before them, for the LORD your God is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.’ [1 Sam 17:45] The officers shall also speak to the soldiers, saying, ‘What man is there who has built a new house and has not yet dedicated it? Let him go and return to his house, otherwise he might die in the battle and another man would dedicate it. What man has planted a vineyard and has not put it to use [harvesting its fruit]? Let him go and return to his house, otherwise he might die in the battle and another man would begin to use its fruit. And who is the man who is engaged (legally promised) to a woman and has not married her? Let him go and return to his house, otherwise he might die in the battle and another man would marry her.’ Then the officers shall speak further to the soldiers and say, ‘Who is the man who is afraid and lacks courage? Let him go and return to his house, so that he does not cause his brothers’ courage to fail like his own.’ And it shall be when the officers have finished speaking to the soldiers, they shall appoint commanders of armies over them.

4 Days
How could remembering the simple truth that God is with you in every situation and every moment impact your daily life? In this four-day plan, we will witness how the assurance of God's presence brought comfort, confidence, calm, and courage to His people and how it can do the same for us.
God is mighty, terrifyingly beautiful, and created heaven and earth and the beginning and the end. But this powerful God also knows you intimately and cares more fiercely than any person on earth. In this 4-day devotional, designed especially for teens, you'll learn to find rest in knowing that the God of the Universe is in control.

These devotionals are written by Kari Jobe. This 7-day devotional plan will take you through the verses that inspired songs from her live-worship album, Majestic.
10 Days
Only two letters separate the words victor and victim, yet vastly different outcomes result from living through one or the other. With one you will conquer, the other will conquer you. My hope with this plan is that you will introspect and look into the Word of God to validate your pain, bring it to light, and try to seek healing from living under the bondage of victim mentality.
