For while we are in this tent, we groan, being burdened [often weighed down, oppressed], not that we want to be unclothed [separated by death from the body], but to be clothed, so that what is mortal [the body] will be swallowed up by life [after the resurrection]. Now He who has made us and prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave us the [Holy] Spirit as a pledge [a guarantee, a down payment on the fulfillment of His promise]. So then, being always filled with good courage and confident hope, and knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord— for we walk by faith, not by sight [living our lives in a manner consistent with our confident belief in God’s promises]— we are [as I was saying] of good courage and confident hope, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.

I am safe. I am loved. I am healed. In these three devotions, worship leader Casey J explores three of the most foundational truths of our identity in Christ. Whether you are new to a journey of faith, or you’ve been walking with Jesus for many years, it is easy to confuse circumstances with our reality as adopted heirs of God’s Kingdom. Join Casey as she dives into Scripture to push aside our situations and the noise of life, focusing instead on the promises of our Father and His eternal truths.
This devotional reading plan connects timeless works of art with Scripture to explore themes of longing, redemption, and divine love. Through daily reflections on art and passages like 2 Corinthians 5 and Luke 15, participants are encouraged to deepen their spiritual understanding of God’s promises and presence. By examining art’s portrayal of human experience alongside the Bible’s truths, the plan invites readers to consider their yearnings and find fulfillment in God’s eternal design and compassionate heart.

Do you feel like a cloud of worry follows wherever you go? The key to overcoming your anxiety is found in the person of Jesus. He calls us to trust rather than despair - to "not be anxious" and to cast all our cares on Him. This plan is based on the new book Moving Beyond Anxiety by David Chadwick.
As our seasons change, our God remains constant. Over four days, we want to examine how the Lord provides for His people at all times, regardless of the worries, disappointments, and missed expectations that come in this world.
