Jeremia 31:25

As mums we spend so much time making sure our children are nourished physically and emotionally. How do you make sure that you are also nourished? Moments for Mums: Encouragement for mums in the midst of the beautiful mess of parenting and life. Presented by MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) Australia.

Breaking Free leads you through a study of the Scriptures to discover the transforming power of freedom in Jesus Christ. Themes for this study come from Isaiah, a book about the captivity of God's children, the faithfulness of God, and the road to freedom.

There is a kind of weariness that sleep alone cannot fix. Jeremiah 31:25 speaks to those whose souls feel exhausted, drained, or simply tired of holding everything together. In a chapter filled with promises of restoration, God says that He will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint. This plan will help you recognize inner exhaustion, stop carrying everything alone, and receive strength from God that does not depend entirely on your circumstances.

Without a doubt every single person needs refreshing from time to time - but what if this wasn’t meant as a sporadic occurrence but a state of being? The Psalms are a leading light toward this and within the picture of Christ’s finished work we can discover the beauty of living with a refreshed soul, daily!
