We live in an anti-aging culture. We have anti-aging diets, anti-aging pills, anti-aging creams - all designed to keep people young, well at least young looking. So, I’ve decided to start a revolution and I hope you will join me. I’ve named my revolution “The Pro-Aging Revolution”.

From migrating to the United States as a spouse of a recipient of a prestigious diplomatic scholarship to working long hospital shifts as a respiratory therapist and raising three daughters in faith, her life reflects biblical resilience. Through Scripture, reflections, prayers, and Nigerian African proverbs, this plan encourages honoring elders and building generational faith and legacy.
