Most believers know that Jesus defeated the devil. But very few understand what that victory specifically means for their daily lives, or that they have been given real authority to enforce it. Many are living defensively, as though they are at the mercy of spiritual forces, when the Bible says the exact opposite is true. This plan will show you what Jesus actually did to the powers of darkness, what that means for your life right now, and the authority He gave you to walk in a victory that has already been won.

In this plan we will undertake a study of the book of 1 John, in the New Testament. The book of 1 John is the first of three books, written by John the elder to house church believers. The book of 1 John encourages believers to remember that God is light and love and therefore to live lives that reflect that light and love with one another and the world.
