I imagine if you are reading this plan it is because you too have lost a dear loved one. The empty void has a way of rearing the ugly head of grief and putting a fog over those left behind. I too have battled grief and as I write this devotional, for the first time, I saw how God handled grief. Come, learn with me!

It's a new year, a fresh start with an empty calendar. In this seven day reading plan, we'll discover how to accomplish the goals we have for this year while giving God all of the glory!

This is the seventh part of a reading plan through the Bible, following the lectionary pattern of reading in the Psalms, Old Testament, and New Testament each day. In addition, each day this month will feature a memorization challenge for Joshua 1:6-9 and 24:14-15, and there will be brief devotionals from different people in our Church scattered throughout the plan.
