Deuteronomy 27:24-25

‘Cursed is anyone who attacks a neighbor in secret.’ And all the people will reply, ‘Amen.’ ‘Cursed is anyone who accepts payment to kill an innocent person.’ And all the people will reply, ‘Amen.’
