Where does our power and motivation as leaders come from? As Christian leaders, we must acknowledge that apart from God, we are nothing. Hope is related to waiting and expecting for something. But we all have the “want -it -now” attitude like that of our kids. Isaiah 40:31 says, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.”
