2 Peter 2:16

Shortly after writing his first letter, Peter hears word of false teaching spreading amongst the churches in Asia Minor. The letter focuses on combating false teachers and encouraging believers to grow in spiritual maturity by studying the Scriptures. Second Peter reminds us to be diligent in confirming our calling by cultivating Christ-likeness in all aspects of our lives.

This plan studies the second half of chapter two of Peter’s second epistle, where he warns the Church, those who walked closely with Christ, against false teachers.
