No matter what your life has been like, the astonishing truth is that change is possible when you say yes to Jesus as King and Lord. But what exactly does life in Christ look like? In Romans 8:14-21, in the middle of one of the most theologically packed and beautiful chapters in the Bible, the apostle Paul describes the identity of a Christian led by the Holy Spirit.

In this five-day plan we want you to reflect deeply on your self-perception. Do you view yourself through the lens of God’s truth, or are you still defined by your past failures and shortcomings? The goal is for you to recognize and embrace your identity as a son or daughter of God, and to walk in the fullness of the inheritance that comes with that divine sonship.

God is there for you during this most difficult time. In the midst of uncertainty, and not knowing what lies ahead, God's light will lead the way.

When it seems like your finances are out of control—when it feels like there’s no way to find a sense of peace—you can turn to the solace of Scripture. Even when it seems to us like God doesn’t see our burdens—we discover that he feels our heartaches. He intimately understands our anxieties and worries. And he wants us to bring those worries to him.
