Le général en chef du roi de Syrie s'appelait Naaman. Son maître l'appréciait beaucoup et il le traitait avec faveur ; en effet, c'était par lui que le Seigneur avait donné la victoire aux Syriens. Mais ce vaillant guerrier était lépreux.
