CHURCH LEADERS ARE TO FUNCTION AS SHEPHERDS.
A SHEPHERD’S TRUE ROLE:
1. A SHEPHERD LEADS.
-Leadership: to move people from where they are to a desired future.
2. A SHEPHERD PROTECTS.
3. A SHEPHERD HEALS.
WHAT IS MY RESPONSE TO THE GOOD SHEPHERD?
-Do I respond to His authority and do I acknowledge His ownership?
-Do I find both freedom and fulfillment in the arrangement?
-Do I sense purpose and contentment because I am under his direction?”
