Aerograms
Popularized during World War II, the aerogram or airletter is a thin lightweight piece of foldable and gummed paper for writing a letter for transit via airmail, in which the letter and envelope are one and the same.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1906–1945) was a German pastor, theologian, and anti-Nazi dissident. After being associated with a plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler, he was executed by hanging on 9 April 1945 as the Nazi regime was collapsing. His book The Cost of Discipleship is a modern classic. Eric Metaxas has written a powerful, moving, and highly recommended biography of Bonhoeffer.
http://bit.ly/2cNCW7WThe entry point to powerful prayer is immersion in God's Word.
“Our prayers should arise out of immersion in the Scripture. [We] speak only to the degree we are spoken to. . . . The wedding of the Bible and prayer anchors your life down in the real God.” —Timothy Keller, Prayer: Experiencing Awe and Intimacy With God, pp. 55, 56.
1. Because it reveals…
1. Because it reveals Who God really is.
Praying and the Persons of God

2. Because it discloses…
2. Because it discloses who we really are.
Biblical prayer will always include adoration and confession.
3. Because it announces…
3. Because it announces the good news of the gospel by which we are saved.
4. Because it offers…
4. Because it offers us models and examples of God's people at prayer.
Prayer and the Bible belong together.
A Simple Acrostic For Prayer
ACTS= Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, Supplication. Not only does this acrostic remind us of the elements of prayer, it shows us the priority we ought to give to each. Unfortunately, we often spell our prayer life something like S.C.A.T., because we start with supplication and spend very little time, if any, on the rest.
