14:20 don’t be children in your understanding about these things be “teleios” perfect, full grown like Christ Ephesians 4:13
14:21 “heteroglossis” by other tongues and other lips I will speak but they will not listen
14:22 “glossai” tongues are not a “semeion” sign to believing but to unbelievers and prophecy not to unbelievers but believing supernatural occurrence that authenticates the Lord and His purposes
14:23 “glossais” if the whole church all speak in tongues will not the uninstructed and unbelievers say you are raving mad?
14:24-25 if all prophesy the unbeliever or uninstructed is convicted or examined / judged and the secrets of the heart will be manifest / revealed and he will worship and declare God is among you
