When asked about lack of focus and , “… having a dozen things to do and not being able to do them all…” Henry Ford replied, “I go out and trot around the house. While I’m running off the excess energy that's tempted to do too much, my mind clears… and I see what should be done first.” Churches, like people, can be tempted to accomplish too much and along the way lose their primary focus. This weekend in worship, Pastor Dale Ridenour will challenge StoneBridge to consider what our institutional distractions are as well as what our primary focus is.
"In the beginning of the gospel about Jesus Christ, the Son of God."

GROWTH GROUP / PERSONAL REFLECTION QUESTIONS
1. Has Stonebridge lost its focus? If so how? How would you suggest we get back on focus?
2. If you think it hasn’t lost focus please give examples to support your opinion.
3. Is our church’s mission consistent with what Pastor Dale described as the church’s mission?
4. What can we do to ensure our programs and activities are consistent with the church’s mission?

hey

At StoneBridge, we believe that being in authentic relationships causes one to grow deeper in faith and helps bring about personal well-being. StoneBridge growth groups are the ideal place to get connected, be encouraged, encourage others, and explore biblical truth. Now is the perfect time to join a Growth Group and get the most out of our upcoming Spring message series. The series will be informative and uplifting in which Pastor Neal will be taking an in-depth look at Nehemiah. Join us starting February 22nd and 23rd for a series called Nehemiah: A Well Built, Rebuilt Life. This weekend in worship, take a look at the Spring schedule in the bulletin for all the groups offered and visit The Hub or contact Barbara Waite (805-915-7320) to sign up today.
