-The problem with many Christians is we don't have enough wind in our sails.
-We've forgotten the Holy Spirit is a person. He's personal.
-The Holy Spirit in me is better than Jesus beside me.
-Our tendency is to think of the Holy Spirit as an it, not a who.
-God doesn't need us to explain Him. He wants us to experience Him.
1. Scripture tells the Holy Spirit can be lied to.
2. Scripture tells us we can grieve the Holy Spirit.
How would your relationship with God change if you saw the Holy Spirit in you the same as Jesus beside you?
If the Holy Spirit isn't personal, you'll miss His promptings in your life.
1. Being prompted by the Holy Spirit will never contradict God's Word.
2. Being prompted by the Holy Spirit will never be purely selfish.
3. Being prompted by the Holy Spirit will usually cost you something.
