Commitment – a willingness to give your time and energy to something that you believe in, or a promise or firm decision to do something.

Two Chairs Analogy – Pavarotti, an Italian opera singer, the most famous tenor, his father was a baker. Pavarotti trained for years growing up and asked his father if he should become a teacher or a singer. His father told him, “if you try to sit on two chairs, you will fall between them. For life, you must choose one chair.”
