a. Because the truth is ignored
b. Because the creator is ignored
2. God allows sin to run its course (21-28)
a. With less of God’s glory we have more sinful desires
b. With less of the truth we have more shameful lusts
c. With less natural relations we have more depravity
3. A depraved mind is far from God (29-32)
a. It lives in wickedness rather than righteousness
b. It denies what it knows to be right
4. Belief sets you free from God’s wrath
a. God’s wrath fell on Jesus (Isaiah 53:6)
b. Belief in Jesus sets you free (John 3:36; Romans 5:8-9)
1. God is angry at sin, yet He loves us enough to pay the penalty of His own anger. How do you deal with other people’s sins and in what ways can you grow to be more like Christ?
