You can't be developed as a disciple if you don't begin to look at life through the lense of the Cross. Two truths the cross will allow you to see.

#1 The Cross is the place where Jesus died to self so that He could live in you.

#2 The Cross is the place where daily you die to self so that you might live for Him.

Often God desires to rewrite the script of our lives, but we fail to open up the pages of our heart to the Scribe of the Ages. We must let the One who is both the Writer and the Word etch into the parchment of our souls His words of life, purpose and direction.

There is no hope for discipleship and development without a deepening awareness of who Jesus is.

Jesus said: "I am The Bread of Life"

Bread goes beyond a staple that sustains you.
Bread is a staple that points to relationship.
