Sermon: Discipleship Pathway
Sermon Text: Matthew 28:18-20; Psalm 92:13-14

Discipleship is not only the priority of the church but is to be the personal priority of every church member.
Characteristic #1: A disciple is made by other disciples.
Characteristic #2: A disciple is baptized.
Characteristic #3: A disciple is taught to obey.
Characteristic #4: A disciple makes disciples.
Luke 9:23-24 ESV
Here are the four stages of Spiritual Growth Continuum that they identified:
1. Exploring Christ - I believe in God, but I am not sure about Christ. My faith is not a significant part of my life.
2. Growing in Christ - I believe in Jesus and I am working on what it means to get to know Him.
3. Close to Christ - I feel really close to Christ and depend on Him for daily guidance.
4. Christ-Centered - My relationship with Jesus is the most important relationship in my life. It guides everything I do.

Where you plant yourself will be evidenced in your life.
Discipleship is a life-long process.
