Contact Bill Hartley, Jr @828-964-8305 for more info or project help.<br><br>WOMEN'S MINISTRY <br>No meeting for September<br><br>CARE BAGS<br>Day3's PrimeTimers will be collecting, through the end of October, items that will go into a gallon ziplock bag to be handed out to the homeless in our area. These bags, called Care Bags, will be given to local law enforcement officers who will then distribute them to those who can use them. Here is a list of the needed items: travel size bottles of body wash and a wash cloth, bottled water, 2 pairs of men's socks, lip balm, hand warmers, protein bars, cheese crackers, travel size toothpaste, and toothbrush. There will be a collection box located upstairs and downstairs for you to place these items.<br><br>HIGH COUNTRY TRIP<br>Day's PrimeTimers will be going to the High Country on Oct. 12, leaving at 7am. We will first go eat breakfast at Shatley Springs and then travel back to West Jefferson to spend some time doing a little shopping at the farmer's market, stores, cheese factory, etc. A sign-up sheet will be located on the table outside of the nursery until Sept. 29<br><br>FAMILY SUNDAY <br>Sept 29th (last Sunday of each month) , Day3 will have "Family Sunday". Family Sunday, again the last Sunday of the month, will be the Sunday that all children(except the Nursery) will join the adults and youth in Day3's morning worship services and sit with their parents. During that service, there will be a "kid's sermon" shared with the children. Worshiping as a family with mom and dad modeling worship is so important and is something Day3 wants to enable<br><br>CELEBRATE RECOVERY<br>Meeting every Friday at 7pm upstairs in the Fellowship Hall. Recovery for any hurt, habit or hang up!
