You can’t shake off the devil. He’ll always come after you. If he came after Jesus, he will come after you. Escape! Be a refugee! Flee when the devil comes prowling!
What’s the false assumption?
How can you be faithful and hold onto Jesus when the devil comes prowling?
God does not promise us that we will be immune to the devil’s efforts. He does promise us a way out though.
