Individually - “IN you” - The individual believers themselves
Locally - “WITH you” - The local body of believers that you are serving with
Corporately - “BIGGER than you” - The corporate body of Christ world-wide
The Roads Church CORE VALUE: “We are building HIS kingdom: it’s bigger than us!”
3 Key “Abilities” of Building the Church:
- Ability - “IN YOU” - Individually
- Availability - “WITH YOU” - Locally
- Sustainability - “BIGGER THAN YOU” - Corporately

Ability - ischus - Possession of the qualities required to do something or get something done; Exceptional capability, with the implication of personal potential; Strength, might, force, power
Potential - Existing in possibility: capable of development into actuality
Potent - Achieving or bringing about a particular result: Effective
ABILITY doesn’t always mean ACHIEVEMENT!

Sustainability - Webster - Maintained at length without interruption or weakening; long lasting, keep up, continue
Fellow workers - sunergos - Working or laboring together closely with someone
- sun - union; with or together by association, companionship, process
- ergon - To work or toil
Field - georgion - Field that is actively being cultivated or tilled with emphasis on the involvement of the farmer. Not pasture land
Declare - dello - To make known, plain, manifest; reveal
Test - dokimazo - To try to learn the genuineness of something by examination and testing, often through actual use.
APPLICATION:
What is IN ME that when combined WITH OTHERS produces something BIGGER THAN ME?
Do you believe that God has given you ABILITY?
Are you satisfied with POTENTIAL or do you desire to become POTENT?
Are you AVAILABLE for the work God called you to with others?
Are you a part of the CREW or are you a part of the CROWD?
Does what you are building your life on have SUSTAINABILITY?
