THE GIFT OF HOPE

Our Hope is only as strong as to who or what you put it in

“Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep His promise.” Heb. 10:23

THREE HOPE FILLED GIFTS JESUS GIVES AT CHRISTMAS:

THE GIFT OF A NEW BEGINNING

“Through this man Jesus there is forgiveness for your sins. Everyone who believes in Him is declared right with God – something the law of Moses could never do.” Acts 13:38-39

“But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all wickedness.” 1 John 1:9

“This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone, a new life has begun!” 2 Cor. 5:17
THE GIFT OF AN INSPIRED LIFE

“The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.” John 10:10

“I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.” John 8:12

“‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ says the Lord. ‘They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.’” Jeremiah 29:11

A FUTURE HOME IN HEAVEN

“Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you?” John 14:1-2

“I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26
