Trusting When God Seems Silent
We've all been there: in moments where we expect God to act, where we beg him to do something, but we feel as though we hear nothing from him. Where is God in these moments? And what can we do when we find ourselves in these seasons? That is what we examine this morning together.

Just because God is silent doesn’t mean that God is absent!
You don’t have to understand the actions of God to trust in God’s goodness and his purpose.
The man not only had to want to be made well, but he had to believe that when Jesus said, “Stand up. Pick up your mat, and walk,” that it meant that he really could do that.
In his darkest hour, Paul learns something incredible- that even when things seemed at their bleakest, God had never left him.
Just because God is silent doesn’t mean that God is absent!
Jesus has never left you. He has never forsaken you. And he’s not going to start now!
You may not understand his actions, but you can trust in God’s faithfulness.
The purpose of the miracle is to help us learn to trust in a Savior who delivers us through the storms.
