1. The lives of all. the wise men were spared
2. Daniel was promoted as ruler over the entire province of Babylon
3. the incident enabled Daniel to serve as a witness to Go.

Daniel's testimony is an encouragement to us to choose our response to the difficulties and opportunities we are presented with, to trust God who miraculously sustains us, rescues us, positions us and uses us for His glory!
