How are the strong and weak in the Faith deal with each other?
Live in Unity with one another

I. Don’t Fight Over Secondary Convictions. Romans 14:1-

II. Bear One Another’s Burdens. 15:1-3;


III. Strive to be Like-minded with One Another. 4-6

A. Through Scripture. 4-

II Timothy 3:16,17- All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

B. Through Prayer. 5,6-

C. Through Love. 7-

Jesus is your example.

As He took upon your burdens on the cross, you are to bear one another’s burdens.

As He is One mind with the Father and Holy Spirit for God’s Glory, you are to be one mind with each other for God’s Glory.

As He is the Gospel, you are to Live the Gospel.

As He prayed to the Father for Unity, you are to pray to the Father for Unity.

As He showed His love for the weak in the Faith, you are to show your love for the weaker in the Faith.

As he receives you, you are to receive others.

Philippians 1:27- Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel.
