1. Would you consider yourself a rule follower or a rule breaker? Share a story that might illustrate why.

2. Are there habits, traditions, or rules that you live by that aren’t necessarily Biblical? Where did you learn them?

3. Read Mark 3:4-5. What was the Pharisees’ response to Jesus question? Why was he angered at their response?

4. Can you think of a time when you may have put the rules, tradition, or religion above your relationship with God and others?

5. Are there things we can do as a group to put Gods word in “new wineskins,” to evangelize in our community? To share it in a new way or place that it isn’t yet being shared?
