Easter Sunday - Be the Switch Part 4
Primary text: 2 Chronicles 34:1-3
Focus:
This is Graduation Sunday. We will be honoring our graduates this morning. Their lives will dramatically change in just a few weeks. Let's pray for them as they work to discover what God is calling them to do. But this is also the same discovery that all of us live into each day of our lives... as we seek to be the switch God is calling us to be. Sometimes the process seems so overwhelming. Is a person ever too young or too old to be used by God? How do we take things a step at a time and stay plugged into God's power in order to be the switch He is calling us to be? These are the questions we will be looking into. Where is God wanting to challenge you? Join us Sunday at 10:30am!
Elements of the Service:
1. Name Tag Sunday
2. Graduates Celebration / Hello Neighbor
Reflection Questions:
1. What is one thing that stood out to you from this week’s message?
2. What does it mean to “abide in Jesus?”
3. How do you abide in Jesus?
4. Explain what this sentence means: Sometimes, we have the passion but don’t have the ideal place to utilize it. It’s important that we just get started somewhere and then move more towards the ideal place to be used.
5. To share God’s light, we must first walk in it. Where are you making a difference? Who are you reaching out to right now?
6. How can we encourage each other to follow God's ways in this area?
